Choose the closest match. Tell CLIMB what you were trying to do, what happened, and what you expected. The page or task you came from stays connected whenever possible so help can move you forward without making you start over.

You do not need to know who handles the issue.

Open the matching option when it fits. Use the request form only when the problem needs review.

Ask CLIMB for support

Support requests stay connected to a CLIMB account so you can return to the same request, receive a response, and continue without starting over.

If you are already a member, signing in brings you back here. No request is created until you choose to submit it.

Maker support

Share, ask, encourage, or learn.

Use Community when another Maker’s experience could help with what you’re working on. Use private support when the issue involves your account, billing, safety, personal information or something private.

Where should I begin?

Use Start Here when you have a project, question, goal, decision, restart, or obstacle but do not yet know what kind of help would fit.

What does Your CLIMB Guide do?

Your Guide is your navigation home. It helps you see where you are now, what matters now, what may fit next, your current Guided status, useful resources, Community routes, Weekly Rhythm, Maker Stories, alternate help, and how to update CLIMB when something changes.

How are Maker Path and Maker Journey different?

Maker Path describes how making fits your life right now: Hobby, Identity, Side-Income, or Business Builder. Maker Journey describes where you currently are: Starting, Exploring, Committing, Growing, Sharing, Selling, or Building. Neither is a rank or ladder, and both may change.

Guided Experiences and returning with what happened

What is a Guided Experience?

It is structured support around one next-step objective. A 1-Day Quick Start offers a short push, a 3-Day Focus gives more room to choose, act, return, and adjust, and a 7-Day Guided Experience provides more support room where the objective requires it. The length is not a task quota or course level.

Explore Guided Experiences

What happens before my first Guided step is ready?

Some Guided Experiences need CLIMB to prepare and release one useful first step. Your Guide will show that CLIMB is preparing the step until it is ready. You do not need to start another experience.

What if I do not complete a Guided step?

Return with what actually happened. You can continue, adjust, pause, complete, or change direction. There is no streak, penalty, or one-task-per-day requirement.

What is the difference between a Community Check-In and Tell CLIMB What Happened?

A Community Check-In shares an update with other Makers. Tell CLIMB What Happened reports what happened with your current Guided step. They remain separate and one does not automatically submit the other.

Community and resources

How do Community, Crafting Corners, and Maker Circles differ?

Community is for broad sharing and human connection. Crafting Corners are craft-oriented spaces. Maker Circles support focused conversations around questions, decisions, obstacles, feedback, and progress.

What is Maker Vault for?

Maker Vault is the resource layer for guides, worksheets, decision aids, tools, and contributed resources. Your Guide helps determine what may fit. The Vault provides resources; it is not another recommendation engine.

Sharing stories and useful work

What is a Contribution?

A Contribution is useful knowledge a Maker intentionally gives back: a resource, process, comparison, lesson, recommendation, or story that may help someone understand, decide, act, learn, or troubleshoot. CLIMB reviews each submission. Approved material may become a Maker Vault resource; nothing is published automatically.

Learn about Contributions

Does a Community or Guided update become a Contribution?

No. Community posts, Community Check-Ins, and Guided outcomes stay where the Maker shared them unless the Maker separately chooses to submit a Contribution.

How is a Maker Spotlight different from a Maker Story?

A Maker Spotlight recognizes who a Maker is and what they create, contribute, or bring. A Maker Story follows a real decision, action, outcome, and what came next. A nomination is not publication, payment cannot buy selection, and the Maker’s permission and the required rights must be in place before a Spotlight is shared.
