At CLIMB Crafts, we honor your right to control your personal data. If you’ve logged in with Facebook or created a CLIMB account, you can request permanent deletion of your data at any time.
How to request deletion

What to include in your request

The email address linked to your CLIMB account

Your full name (as it appears on your CLIMB profile)
What happens next

We’ll confirm receipt within 7 days.

Your account and associated personal data (account profile, login identifiers, and other stored personal information) will be permanently deleted within 30 days of confirmation (in most cases, within 7 business days).

You’ll receive a final confirmation email once deletion is complete.
If you’ve uninstalled or stopped using our services, no further action is required—no new data is collected after you disconnect.
